⚖️ Law acknowledges practicality ➡️ where mediation facilities were absent, courts must adopt a pragmatic approach.
✨ Prospective Overruling Applied ➡️ Compliance mandatory prospectively from 20.08.2022 only.
⚖️ Law does not compel the impossible (Lex Non Cogit Ad Impossibilia)!
