🔹 A Writ Petition under Article 227 is NOT maintainable against an original order passed by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC).
🔹 Such orders must be challenged only before the Hon’ble Supreme Court under Section 67 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
⚖️ Important Distinction:
✔️ Order passed by NCDRC in appeal (Section 58(1)(a)(iii)) → Article 227 before High Court maintainable.
❌ Original Order of NCDRC → Appeal lies directly to Supreme Court under Section 67.
